This Article did not help me lose weight, and you say about all this Machinery well what if we want to do this in the comfort of our home, except of course going out for walks or jogs, we don't want to go to a gym and spend a million dollars what are we supposed to do?
I know from recent experience that walking for only 20 minutes a day does indeed help to reduce belly fat. Alternating a comfortable stride with one that leaves you a little out of breath works even better. Add some uphill climbing and the fat and the pounds really start to drop off. Quilt complaining people and get on your feet. All you have to do is move!
Very misleading, was expecting exercise plan and step by step ideas to lose weight.
